Gurugram: This Mother’s Day, Nissan Motor India is putting the pedal to the metal for the real-life superheroes we call Mom—with a heartwarming campaign that ditches the apron-and-pearls stereotype in favour of something far more powerful: authenticity, resilience, and a killer sense of humour.
In a newly released short film, Nissan takes us on an emotional joyride that begins with the voice of nostalgia—“the perfect mom” trope—and then sharply shifts gears to showcase today’s unstoppable mothers. These women are not only raising the next generation but also chasing passions, handling chaos with a wink, and pulling off impossible to-do lists like it’s just another Monday.
The visuals cut across roles—entrepreneur, artist, mechanic, mentor, sometimes all in one outfit—with moms leading not with quiet perfection but with fearless flair. The campaign doesn’t just acknowledge motherhood; it turbocharges it.
Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, remarked, “Mothers today don’t fit in boxes—they break them. With this film, we’re celebrating the bold, the busy, the beautifully real moms who are driving change, quite literally and metaphorically.”
Backing this emotional rev-up is some real-world horsepower. Nissan Motor India clocked its best year in the last seven with over 99,000 units sold in FY2024–25. The ever-popular Magnite led the domestic charge with 28,000+ units, while international fans couldn’t get enough—export numbers zoomed from 20 to over 65 global markets, totaling an impressive 71,000+ units.
So here’s to the moms who shift gears with grace, brake for no one, and always have snacks in the glovebox. Nissan salutes you—with gratitude, admiration, and perhaps a cup of tea you didn’t have to make yourself.
