Isuzu Motors India Expands Reach: New Dealerships in Bihar and MP, Service Centers in Telangana and Maharashtra

Driving into Bihar, strengthening its service network in Maharashtra, Telangana, and Madhya Pradesh

Chennai – Isuzu Motors India, a subsidiary of Japan-based Isuzu Motors Limited, has bolstered its presence in India by inaugurating four new touchpoints. The expansion includes two state-of-the-art 3S (Sales, Service, and Spares) facilities in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and Patna, Bihar, as well as two Authorized Service Centers (ASCs) in Khammam, Telangana, and Ratnagiri, Maharashtra.

This strategic move marks Isuzu’s entry into Bihar and reinforces its commitment to providing exceptional customer service and accessibility. With the addition of these locations, Isuzu’s network now spans 72 touchpoints across the country, highlighting its rapid growth and dedication to customer satisfaction.

Bihar Welcomes Isuzu

The Patna dealership, operated by Imperial Isuzu, is a milestone for the company as it ventures into the Bihar market for the first time. Meanwhile, Sagar Isuzu will spearhead operations in Indore, enhancing the brand’s visibility in Madhya Pradesh. Both facilities are designed to deliver a seamless customer experience, adhering to Isuzu’s global standards.

Strengthening Service in Maharashtra and Telangana

To further solidify its after-sales service network, Isuzu has partnered with Beyond Auto Care in Khammam and Shrine ISUZU in Ratnagiri. The latter also operates a 3S facility in Kolhapur, ensuring a robust presence in Maharashtra. These ASCs are equipped with advanced tools and staffed by Isuzu-trained professionals to provide comprehensive vehicle maintenance and support.
