Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Expands Aftersales Network: A Step Closer to Customer Delight

Chakan: Škoda Auto Volkswagen India Private Limited (SAVWIPL) is revolutionizing its aftersales services with a robust infrastructure expansion aimed at enhancing customer experiences nationwide. Over the last decade, SAVWIPL has doubled its regional distribution centre (RDC) footprint to a sprawling 52,000 sqm, reflecting its unwavering commitment to customer satisfaction.

A highlight of this initiative is the 8,000 sqm expansion at the Pune RDC, now encompassing 33,000 sqm. This state-of-the-art facility stands as a testament to the brand’s dedication to operational excellence and prompt service delivery. Complementing the Pune RDC, additional parts distribution centres in NCR and Bangalore ensure seamless coverage across India.

Managing parts and accessories for Škoda, Volkswagen, Audi, Porsche, and Lamborghini, the expanded RDCs cater not only to domestic needs but also to international markets. These efforts aim to elevate aftersales efficiency and redefine customer care standards.

In a move to bring expert assistance closer to its customers, SAVWIPL has boosted its service network by 35%, reaching 540 touchpoints across the country in just two years. This extensive network assures timely and reliable support for everything from routine maintenance to urgent requirements.
