Renault India Supports Eastern Command, Indian Army, with Triber and Kiger Vehicles to Enhance Mobility
Kolkata — In a notable move supporting India’s defense sector, Renault India has donated two of its vehicles, the versatile Renault Triber and the dynamic Renault Kiger, to the Indian Army’s Eastern Command. This gesture highlights Renault’s commitment to community support and national service, aligning with the brand’s ethos of quality, safety, and the Make in India initiative.
Venkatram M., Managing Director and Country CEO of Renault India, expressed pride in supporting the Eastern Command, stating, “It is an honor to contribute to our nation’s protectors with vehicles that embody Renault’s dedication to quality and innovation. The Renault Triber, known for its spacious, modular design, brings practicality with a 7-inch TFT instrument cluster, wireless charger, driver seat armrest, and powered folding mirrors, making it a convenient choice for both military and civilian use. Meanwhile, the Renault Kiger, with its refined semi-leatherette seats and new auto-dimming features, offers the Eastern Command a robust and stylish option. The Kiger’s turbo variant now sports red brake callipers, adding a dynamic touch to its performance.
