New Delhi, September 02, 2024: Seven years ago, Maruti Suzuki launched a bold new retail vision with its Arena channel, and today, it stands as India’s largest automotive retail network, with over 82 lakh satisfied customers and a vast presence across the country. With 3069 outlets in 2596 cities, Arena has redefined the way Indians buy cars, offering not just a transaction, but an immersive and highly personalized experience.

From day one, Arena has championed customer-centric innovation, combining advanced technology and youthful energy to create a standout car-buying experience. In the fiscal year 2023-24 alone, five of the top ten selling cars in India came from Arena’s stable, including popular models like the WagonR, Swift, Brezza, Dzire, and Ertiga. These models, which blend modern design with state-of-the-art features, have helped Maruti Suzuki strengthen its market leadership.

Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer of Marketing and Sales at Maruti Suzuki India, reflected on the journey. “Arena is about more than just selling cars. It’s about transforming how customers engage with us. Over the years, we’ve created a space where buying a car is part of a larger journey, one that is as much about technology and convenience as it is about trust and service. With nearly half of our customers being under 35, we’ve struck a deep chord with India’s younger, dynamic generation.”

Banerjee also highlighted Arena’s contribution to the brand’s overall success, noting that it accounted for 68% of Maruti Suzuki’s total sales in FY23-24. “As we celebrate this milestone, we remain focused on delivering even more advanced, customer-focused experiences in the future,” he added.

Arena’s appeal extends far beyond its vast dealership network. By embracing the latest technologies, such as its immersive Arenaverse experience, personalized finance options, and a seamless online journey from discovery to purchase, Maruti Suzuki has created a car-buying experience that is in tune with the fast-paced, connected lifestyles of modern consumers.
