2025 Nissan Sentra Launched in USA: Affordable Innovation with a Modern Edge

NASHVILLE, Tenn. – The 2025 Nissan Sentra has officially hit the market, offering a blend of advanced safety features, modern connectivity, and fuel efficiency, all starting at a competitive price of $21,590 (INR 18.09 lakh). As one of six Nissan models priced under $30,000, the Sentra continues to be a strong contender in the compact sedan segment.

Building on the updates introduced in the 2024 model year, the 2025 Sentra showcases a refreshed exterior and an array of enhanced technology options. Buyers can choose from three distinct trims—S, SV, and the sporty SR—each equipped with Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, and Android Auto. The base S model comes with a 7-inch touchscreen, while the SV and SR models feature an upgraded 8-inch display.

Safety remains a priority in the Sentra lineup, with all models featuring the comprehensive Nissan Safety Shield 360. This suite includes six advanced driver-assist systems, such as Automatic Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection, Lane Departure Warning, and Blind Spot Warning, ensuring peace of mind for every journey.

Under the hood, the Sentra is powered by a 2.0-liter inline-four engine that produces 149 horsepower and 146 lb-ft of torque, paired with an Xtronic CVT for smooth and responsive acceleration. The addition of Idle Stop Start technology further enhances fuel efficiency by conserving energy during stops.

The SV trim introduces additional comfort and convenience features, including 16-inch alloy wheels, Intelligent Cruise Control, and SiriusXM Radio. The optional SV Premium package takes it a step further with an 8-speaker Bose Premium Audio system, 17-inch alloy wheels, and a power-sliding moonroof.

For those seeking a sportier ride, the Sentra SR delivers with 18-inch wheels, a rear spoiler, LED headlights, and heated front seats. The available two-tone paint options and SR Premium package, which includes a heated leather steering wheel and Intelligent Around View Monitor, allow drivers to customize their Sentra for a standout look and feel.

Additionally, the 2025 Sentra comes with the new Nissan Maintenance Care program, offering up to three oil changes within the first two years or 24,000 miles, adding even more value to this already attractive package.
