Hyundai Introduces Dual Cylinder CNG Variant for Enhanced Fuel Efficiency and Comfort
Gurugram, 02 August 2024 – Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) has launched the Grand i10 Nios Hy-CNG Duo, a state-of-the-art hatchback featuring a dual cylinder CNG system. Starting at INR 7,75,300, this new variant is designed to meet the needs of modern, eco-conscious drivers, offering a blend of sporty design, advanced safety features, and cutting-edge technology.
The Grand i10 Nios Hy-CNG Duo is available in two variants, Magna and Sportz, both powered by a 1.2 L Bi-Fuel (Petrol with CNG) engine coupled with a 5-speed manual transmission. This dual-fuel system is equipped with a company-fitted CNG setup and an Integrated Electronic Control Unit (ECU), ensuring a smooth transition between petrol and CNG modes.
Innovative Features and Design
Hyundai has packed the Grand i10 Nios Hy-CNG Duo with numerous features to enhance the driving experience. These include projector headlamps, LED DRLs, LED tail lamps, roof rails, a shark fin antenna, a 20.25 cm touchscreen infotainment system, footwell lighting, rear AC vents, and tilt steering. Safety is a top priority, with standard features like six airbags, a highline TPMS, a rear parking camera, day and night IRVM, electronic stability control (ESC), and hill-start assist control (HAC).
