Auburn Hills, Mich., July 24, 2024 – The Jeep Compass returns for 2025, boasting standard 4×4 performance across its lineup and a blend of premium styling and advanced technology that enhances both comfort and functionality. Under the hood, a 2.0-liter direct injection, turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine delivers best-in-class horsepower and torque, paired with an efficient eight-speed automatic transmission for smooth, powerful on-road performance.
The 2025 Compass is the most technologically advanced iteration yet, featuring a host of advanced safety and security options. Noteworthy among these are the available semi-autonomous driving system, parallel and perpendicular park assist, Traffic Sign Recognition, and a 360-degree surround view camera. Standard across all trims are Drowsy Driver Detection, Pedestrian Automatic Emergency Braking, Active Lane Management, Blind-spot Monitoring, and Rear Cross Path Detection.
Technological upgrades include a new 10.25-inch frameless full-color TFT digital cluster, one of the largest in the segment, and a 10.1-inch digital infotainment touchscreen. The award-winning Uconnect 5 system, with standard wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, comes equipped with an available wireless charging pad.
For 2025, a fresh limited-edition exterior color, Joose, will be available later in the year, adding to the vehicle’s aesthetic appeal.
The 2.0-liter engine, rated at 200 horsepower and 221 lb.-ft. of torque, ensures impressive fuel economy, low emissions, and quick acceleration, supported by engine stop-start (ESS) technology. Every Compass model now includes the Jeep Active Drive 4×4 system, while the Trailhawk variant offers the Jeep Active Drive Low 4×4 system with a leading 20:1 crawl ratio. The standard Selec-Terrain system provides up to four modes (Auto, Snow, Sand/Mud, with Rock mode added for Trailhawk) to optimize four-wheel-drive performance in any condition.
The Jeep Compass combines rugged off-road capabilities with sophisticated on-road presence, featuring advanced LED lighting and premium craftsmanship. The High Altitude Edition stands out with body-color painted fascias, a dual-pane panoramic sunroof, and 19-inch Granite Crystal aluminum wheels.
The Trailhawk model offers unparalleled off-road capability with a factory lift, skid plates, off-road tires, red tow hooks, and a Hill-descent Control system, enabling it to handle up to 19 inches of water fording and tow up to 2,000 lbs.

The 2025 Jeep Compass 4×4 is available in five models: Sport, Latitude (with Altitude Package), Limited (with High Altitude Package), and Trailhawk. Exterior color options include Silver Zynith, Bright White, Diamond Black, Hydro Blue, Red Hot, and the limited-edition Joose. Interior color choices are Black or Black and Sepia (available on the Limited).
