BMW Group India Launches Nationwide Monsoon Service Campaign

Initiative Aims to Prepare Vehicles for the Rainy Season with Enhanced Service Offerings

Gurugram, India – BMW Group India has launched a comprehensive Monsoon Service Campaign across its dealership network, aimed at ensuring optimal vehicle readiness for the upcoming monsoon season. This nationwide initiative underscores BMW’s commitment to customer safety and vehicle performance during the challenging rainy months.

“Our Monsoon Service Campaign is meticulously designed to provide thorough inspections, maintenance, and necessary upgrades to enhance the safety and performance of BMW and MINI cars,” stated Daniel Lugonjic, Director of Customer Support at BMW India. “We understand the importance of reliability and peace of mind for our customers, and this campaign reinforces our dedication to exceptional service and support.”

The Monsoon Service Camp offers a range of complimentary services conducted by certified BMW and MINI technical experts. These services include:

  • Windscreen wipers check
  • Washer system function check and fluid level inspection
  • Rain light sensor check for auto wiper and headlight operation
  • Inspection and alignment of all lights
  • Horn function test
  • Micro filter condition check and replacement if necessary
  • Weather strip inspection for doors and trunk lid
  • Sunroof cover seals and drainpipes check
  • E-Box cleaning
  • Electrical plug connections check
  • Tyre tread depth and pressure check
  • Exhaust system visual inspection
  • Belt drive and damper pulley inspection
  • Charging cable and high voltage socket inspection (for BEV/PHEV)
  • Vehicle underbody inspection for damage and corrosion

In addition to these services, BMW Group India has increased its inventory of BMW/MINI Original Spare Parts to ensure faster service turnaround times. Customers are encouraged to book prior appointments for car servicing and update their personal details to receive special promotions and offers from their dealers.
