New Delhi, June 12, 2024: In a significant reshuffling of cabinet positions, Nitin Gadkari has officially taken charge as the Union Minister of Road Transport and Highways. Alongside him, Ajay Tamta and Harsh Malhotra have assumed their roles as Ministers of State.
During the ceremony in New Delhi, Gadkari expressed his sincere gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the continued trust and responsibility bestowed upon him in the third term of the Modi government. He emphasized the government’s commitment to developing world-class infrastructure at a rapid pace under the visionary leadership of Prime Minister Modi.
The event at Transport Bhawan was marked by the presence of MoRTH Secretary Anurag Jain and other senior officials, who warmly welcomed the newly appointed ministers.
