BMW Group Classic’s grand celebration showcases unique vehicles and honors a heritage of automotive excellence at the Concorso d’Eleganza 2024
Munich/Cernobbio – From the 24th to the 26th of May 2024, the serene shores of Lake Como will transform into a breathtaking tableau of automotive history and innovation, as the BMW Group Classic, in collaboration with the illustrious Villa d’Este luxury hotel, ushers in the much-anticipated Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este.
This prestigious event, a highlight on the international calendar for automotive enthusiasts and connoisseurs alike, will feature around 50 exceptional vehicles, spanning eight competitive categories, each representing a unique chapter in the evolution of automotive design and performance. From the pioneering spirit of “The Dawn of the Performance Age” to the futuristic allure of “Supercar Stars of the Video Generation,” the competition promises to be a vibrant celebration of mobility’s diverse heritage and potential.
In addition to the competition, the Concorso d’Eleganza will play host to a series of vehicle premieres by the BMW Group, including a sporty maritime-inspired one-of-a-kind and a two-wheeled tribute to rock ’n’ roll, demonstrating BMW’s ongoing commitment to innovation and design excellence.
The event will also spotlight the intersection of art and automotive design, with celebrated American abstract painter Julie Mehretu and the unveiling of the 20th BMW Art Car, which is set to compete in the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
