This remarkable accolade was awarded after a February 2024 audit by DQS, the globe-trotting ISO certification giant known for its rigorous evaluations in sustainability and environmental management.
RNAIPL has emerged as a beacon of water conservation, achieving this recognition through its stellar efforts in slashing water consumption, pioneering rainwater harvesting, and leading the charge in wastewater recycling. The company’s zero-discharge facility reuses every drop of water for industrial activities, showcasing its commitment to the planet.

With ambitious plans to slash water usage by 21% by 2030 and ongoing efforts to revitalize local water bodies, RNAIPL is not just quenching its industrial thirst but also nurturing the communities around its Oragadam plant. Nearly 90% of its commitment to restore 10 local lakes and ponds is already completed, further cementing its role as a steward of environmental restoration and sustainability.
