March 15th, 2024, New Delhi – In a move that’s set to redefine luxury travel on Indian roads, Lexus India today rolled out the red carpet for the launch of its ultra-luxurious MPV, the Lexus LM 350h, affectionately dubbed the ‘Luxury Leviathan.’ With a price tag that’s as grand as its features, the vehicle is pegged at Rs. 2 crores for the basic model, going up to Rs. 2.5 crores for those opting for the full suite of luxury features.
The Lexus LM 350h, a masterpiece of opulence on wheels, is not just any MPV; it’s a statement of supreme luxury, blending the brand’s hallmark elegance with groundbreaking features that are being introduced for the first time in the world, as well as several firsts for Lexus itself.
Born from the desire to cater to the ultra-rich clientele’s need for a chauffeur-driven luxury MPV in Asian markets back in 2020, the Lexus LM quickly became a symbol of high-end mobility. Fast forward to 2024, and the newly unveiled Lexus LM 350h elevates that luxury to new heights, promising a “private oasis of relaxation and creativity” for its passengers.
The design and engineering teams at Lexus have gone above and beyond to ensure that the interior of the LM 350h offers unparalleled comfort and functionality. From a 48-inch ultrawide screen that caters to both work and entertainment needs, to an infrared rays matrix sensor A/C that adjusts the temperature based on the passenger’s body heat, every feature in the LM 350h is designed with the passenger’s comfort in mind.
The exterior is no less impressive, with its elegant lines and aerodynamic form showcasing Lexus’s design language, while the interior is a haven of luxury, with meticulously crafted seats, a multitude of technology features, and a layout that maximizes passenger comfort.
Among its ‘World First’ features, the LM 350h boasts an ultrawide display screen, a highly advanced air conditioning system, a power seat with an extensive slide range, and a unique seat folding system for increased flexibility. Lexus’s firsts include a removable remote panel for rear-seat passengers, armrest and ottoman heaters, a separate audio system for the front and rear seats, and innovative controls for the power sliding doors, to name just a few.
With its futuristic design, advanced safety features, and a hybrid electric powertrain that promises both power and eco-friendliness, the Lexus LM 350h is not just a vehicle; it’s a mobile luxury suite that promises to take its passengers on a journey of unmatched comfort and style.
Tanmay Bhattacharya, Executive Vice-President of Lexus India, expressed his excitement about the launch, stating, “The introduction of the all-new Lexus LM in India signifies a major milestone in our journey towards offering the ultimate in ultra-luxury mobility. The overwhelming response we received upon announcing the bookings last year reaffirmed our belief in the Indian market’s appetite for such unparalleled luxury experiences.”
Available in both four-seater and seven-seater configurations, the Lexus LM 350h is now open for bookings at all Lexus Guest Experience Centres across the country. With deliveries expected to begin by mid-year, Lexus India is poised to offer an unmatched luxury mobility experience to its discerning clientele.
