Gurugram, March 1, 2024 – In a turn of events that’s sparking joy across the auto industry, Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has managed to do the unthinkable – selling a whopping 60,501 vehicles in the short and sweet month of February 2024. This astonishing feat represents a significant 6.8% growth in domestic sales, which tallied up to 50,201 units, while the export market also saw a robust contribution of 10,300 units.
The COO of Hyundai Motor India, Tarun Garg, couldn’t contain his excitement, stating, “February was a fantastic month for us, showcasing a strong sales momentum as we zoom into 2024. Leading the charge was the Hyundai Creta, which not only sold 15,276 units in February but also broke its own record for the highest monthly sales since its grand entrance over 8 years ago. This achievement is no small feat, considering it has now surpassed the 1 million sales mark, solidifying its reign as the ultimate, undisputed SUV.”
But the fun doesn’t stop there! Hyundai also teased the arrival of the Hyundai Creta N Line, a model that promises to shake things up with advanced and dynamic driving experiences. “It’s all about breaking free from the monotony,” added Garg, hinting at what’s to come for the eager Hyundai enthusiasts.
