In a move that’s set to redefine car service in non-urban areas, Maruti Suzuki has unleashed its compact-format Nexa Service workshops nationwide. With a wink to countryside customers, the first six centers have popped up strategically in Ateli (Haryana), Charkhi Dadri (Haryana), Bankura (West Bengal), Dahod (Gujarat), Nirmal (Telangana), and Ooty (Tamil Nadu).
Hisashi Takeuchi, the wit behind the wheel as Managing Director & CEO of Maruti Suzuki India Limited, declared, “Who says rural can’t have a taste of Nexa glam? Our aim is simple: spread the ‘Joy of Mobility’ far and wide, and that means bringing our posh Nexa service to every corner. Non-urban folks are Nexa-worthy too, you know! Almost 30% of Nexa’s fan base is out there, so we’re giving them a VIP treatment, rural style!”
With a twinkle in his eye, he added, “As our cars go places, so do our service centers! We’re planning to hit a century – that’s 100 workshops – by the end of the fiscal year 2024-25. So, buckle up, rural India, Nexa’s coming to town!”
These pint-sized Nexa Service workshops may be small in stature but big on service. Covering a mere 75 square meters, they’re packed with all the Nexa flair – from a fancy Front Office to a swanky Customer Lounge. There’s even a Service Bay and Parking Bay, because, you know, even tractors need a spa day!
Since its debut in 2017, Nexa Service has been on a joy ride, now boasting over 390 touchpoints across the nation. So, whether you’re in the city or kicking up dust in the countryside, Maruti Suzuki’s got your back, and your wheels!
