Sant’Agata Bolognese, Italy – 17 January 2024 – In a spectacular celebration of both speed and style, the complete lineup of Lamborghini’s current Huracán models has just completed a stunning journey across the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. This special drive not only celebrated the model’s remarkable sales achievement, surpassing 25,000 units, but also marked the end of its era as Lamborghini prepares to transition to hybrid supercars.
The adventure began with a touch of royal elegance. Guests, behind the wheels of these super sports cars, arrived at Palazzo di Varignana for a unique dinner experience aboard the Royal Train, once used by King Umberto II of Savoy and his bride Maria Josè of Belgium during their honeymoon.
Day two brought the convoy through picturesque landscapes, from Castel del Rio to the Giogo pass, briefly pausing for an extra virgin olive oil tasting at Villa Campestri. The driving pleasure resumed post-tasting, heading towards the charming Forte dei Marmi.
Highlighting the tour’s exclusivity, a dinner hosted by the renowned Bocelli family at Villa Alpebella marked the zenith of luxury. Guests were welcomed by none other than Maestro Andrea Bocelli, his wife Veronica, and son Matteo.
The journey continued the next day with a visit to the Valsora white marble quarry and a pit stop at the Taverna dello Scoiattolo, seamlessly blending the raw power of the Huracán with the beauty of the Italian landscape. The tour concluded back in Sant’Agata Bolognese, after a drive over the scenic Abetone pass.
Featuring the Huracán EVO Spyder, Sterrato, Tecnica, and STO models, each boasting unique Ad Personam specifications, the tour was a fitting tribute to the legacy of the V10 Lamborghini, combining high-speed thrills with the epitome of Italian luxury.
