Kia India Offers Free 36-Point Health Check, Service Discounts During Ownership Camp 2026

New Delhi: Kia India has announced its Ownership Service Camp 2026, a nationwide aftersales initiative being conducted from September 14 to 23 across 536 authorised service workshops in the country.

The 10-day campaign will offer Kia customers a complimentary 36-point vehicle health check, a free top wash and discounts on selected parts, labour, accessories, roadside assistance plans and car care services.

The initiative is aimed at encouraging preventive maintenance while expanding customer engagement with Kia’s authorised service network beyond the initial vehicle purchase.

As part of the campaign, customers can avail themselves of up to 10% discount on parts and labour, up to 25% discount on select Kia Genuine Accessories, 10% discount on Retail Roadside Assistance (RSA) plans and 20% discount on Car Care Services.

The complimentary 36-point inspection will cover key areas of the vehicle, including the exterior, interior, engine compartment and underbody. Kia said the inspection is intended to help identify potential maintenance requirements at an early stage and support owners in keeping their vehicles in optimum condition.

Atul Sood, Sr. Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Kia India, said, “At Kia, we believe that a rewarding ownership experience extends well beyond the purchase of a vehicle. It is built through consistent service, convenience and the confidence that customers place in our network. The Kia Ownership Service Camp 2026 is an important initiative in this direction, giving our customers an opportunity to have their vehicles comprehensively inspected while benefiting from attractive service offerings. Through such customer-focused initiatives, we remain committed to strengthening the overall ownership experience and delivering service that is responsive to our customers’ evolving needs.”

Beyond workshop inspections, Kia India will also organise a special customer carnival in Gurugram on September 19.

The event will combine vehicle care with brand and product experiences, family-oriented activities and entertainment, including live performances in the evening. Dedicated areas will showcase Kia’s history, new models, electric vehicle technology, service milestones, accessories and merchandise.

Customers will also be able to participate in interactive experiences involving Kia and its partners — adding a little more theatre to what is usually a fairly practical visit involving service bays, inspection sheets and tyre-pressure readings.

Aftersales service has increasingly become an important part of customer retention in India’s competitive passenger vehicle market, particularly as manufacturers expand their portfolios and introduce more technology-intensive vehicles, including electric models.

Through the Ownership Service Camp 2026, Kia India is seeking to combine routine preventive maintenance with broader customer engagement, while encouraging owners to use the company’s authorised service network for vehicle inspection and upkeep.

For customers, the campaign offers a limited-period opportunity to have their vehicles inspected at no charge while accessing selected service benefits — a reminder that long-term vehicle ownership often depends as much on regular maintenance as it does on the specifications listed in the brochure.
