Delhi – BMW Group India has expanded its footprint in the luxury automotive market with the launch of Deutsche Motoren’s cutting-edge Retail.Next showroom in Central Delhi. Strategically located at Plot No. B-5/7, Safdarjung Enclave, Africa Avenue Road, this modern dealership reflects BMW’s commitment to redefining customer experiences through immersive design and digital innovation.

The new facility is spearheaded by Yadur Kapur, Dealer Principal at Deutsche Motoren. This launch further cements Deutsche Motoren’s robust presence in India, where it operates six sales and three service facilities across Delhi and Bengaluru.

The Retail.Next showroom’s design prioritizes customer engagement and satisfaction. Featuring open spaces with minimalist interiors, visitors can explore vehicles intuitively while benefiting from interactive digital interfaces. These tools allow prospective buyers to explore vehicle features, customize preferences, and receive tailored recommendations.

To enhance personalization, the showroom includes dedicated zones for private consultations and exclusive vehicle handovers. The luxurious handover lounge ensures that customers’ car delivery experience is memorable and seamless.

The sprawling 5,835 sq.ft. facility displays six BMW models, including selections from the BMW M, BMW i, and BMW portfolios. An exclusive lifestyle and accessories zone offers a curated selection of BMW merchandise.

Deutsche Motoren has strategically positioned consultation areas throughout the showroom, creating a welcoming “living room” atmosphere. This relaxed environment allows clients to engage with Personal Service Advisors (PSAs) and BMW Geniuses equipped with advanced digital sales tools.

Furthermore, BMW’s state-of-the-art BEVScape tool enhances the electric vehicle buying experience. This interactive digital platform offers comprehensive insights on EV ownership, helping buyers make informed decisions with confidence.
