Stellantis India Strengthens Foothold in Tamil Nadu with Launch of Three New Brand Houses

Citroën Expands Network in Madurai, Trichy, and Tirunelveli to Elevate Customer Experience

Chennai: Stellantis India, the automotive powerhouse behind renowned brands like Citroën and Jeep, has expanded its footprint in Tamil Nadu by inaugurating three new Stellantis Brand Houses. This strategic move aims to reinforce the company’s commitment to delivering cutting-edge, customer-focused automotive solutions in the region.

The new dealerships include ‘Araspvpv Motori Private Limited’ in Madurai, ‘Jayaraj Karz’ in Trichy, and ‘H & H Motocorp LLP’ in Tirunelveli. With this expansion, Stellantis seeks to enhance its phygital (physical + digital) retail ecosystem, ensuring customers experience a seamless blend of technology-driven convenience and in-person engagement.

Citroën’s dealership in Tirunelveli will showcase the brand’s full lineup, including models like the C5, C3, eC3, C3 Aircross, and the newly launched Basalt. Alongside, Stellantis Brand Houses in Madurai and Trichy will feature both Citroën and Jeep vehicles, including popular Jeep models like the Compass and Meridian.

Each dealership is equipped with advanced infrastructure, a high-definition 3D configurator, and state-of-the-art diagnostic equipment. The facilities are designed to deliver a comprehensive customer experience, covering sales, service, and spare parts. The Trichy dealership will operate as a 3S facility, while the Madurai Brand House will provide 1S+2S services. The Tirunelveli showroom will also function as a complete 3S outlet.

Speaking on the launch, Shishir Mishra, Brand Director – Citroën India, said, “Tamil Nadu is an integral market for Citroën, being the home of our manufacturing facility. With the opening of these new dealerships, we aim to bring our phygital experience closer to our customers, offering innovative solutions, personalized service, and a seamless ownership journey.”

Stellantis’ expansion aligns with its broader vision to redefine automotive retail in India. Citroën now operates 88 La Maison Phygital showrooms across the country, while Jeep® India boasts a robust network of over 80 touchpoints. The Tamil Nadu expansion further cements Stellantis’ position as a leader in customer-centric automotive innovation.

With these new Brand Houses, Stellantis is set to offer an elevated ownership experience to customers in southern India, driven by technological advancements and customer-first service standards.
