New Delhi: In a major stride towards advancing sustainable transportation in India, EKA Mobility (Pinnacle Mobility Solutions Pvt. Ltd.), a pioneer in electric mobility and technology, has secured two significant contracts worth approximately ₹150 crore from the Uttar Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (UPSRTC).
The agreements mark a new chapter in the state’s public transportation, as EKA will supply and maintain a total of 70 advanced electric buses. The fleet will include 40 EKA 12 (12-meter AC electric buses) and 30 EKA 9 (9-meter AC electric buses), all designed to deliver enhanced passenger comfort, safety, and operational efficiency. Chargers for seamless fleet operations are also part of the deal, alongside a decade-long Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) to ensure optimal performance.
