Maruti Suzuki True Value Launches New Campaign to Drive Growth in Pre-Owned Car Market

New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki True Value, India’s leading pre-owned car brand, has launched an enhanced #SirfTrueValuePe campaign, featuring five new brand films. With celebrated actor Rajkummar Rao as the face of the campaign, these films highlight the hassle-free, transparent process of buying and selling pre-owned vehicles through True Value.

The revamped campaign underscores the brand’s seamless approach to vehicle transactions, focusing on key features like swift payments, easy RC transfers, and stringent 376-point car inspections. True Value’s Direct-Buy service is front and center, allowing customers to sell their cars smoothly with timely payments and a hassle-free experience.

Since April 2024, Maruti Suzuki True Value has witnessed a remarkable 13.1% rise in pre-owned car sales and a 16.4% growth in direct-buying volumes, showcasing its growing dominance in the market. The brand boasts a vast network of over 591 showrooms across 294 cities, serving more than 55 lakh customers to date.

Partho Banerjee, Senior Executive Officer of Marketing & Sales at Maruti Suzuki India, emphasized the significance of the campaign, stating, “Our new #SirfTrueValuePe campaign represents a pivotal moment for Maruti Suzuki True Value. Not only have we strengthened our reputation as a trusted destination for buying pre-owned cars, but we are also increasingly becoming the preferred platform for selling them. Our recent sales growth is a testament to the trust we’ve built with our customers.”

In the commercials, Rao promotes True Value’s Direct-Buy service by highlighting its ease of use, while other films focus on the unmatched benefits for buyers, including quality-verified vehicles, up to a 1-year warranty, and three free services.

The campaign will roll out across television, OTT platforms, digital media, and social channels, aiming to reach a broad audience and emphasize Maruti Suzuki True Value’s customer-first approach in the growing pre-owned car market.

By combining advanced technology with a personalized touch, Maruti Suzuki True Value ensures a transparent, hassle-free experience for sellers and buyers alike, solidifying its role as a leader in the pre-owned car industry.
