5,000 Not Out: Maruti Suzuki’s Service Network Hits a Milestone That Even Cricket Legends Would Envy!

Coimbatore/New Delhi: Maruti Suzuki India Limited (“Maruti Suzuki”), with support from its dealer partner, has officially flagged off its 5,000th Arena Service touchpoint in India — proving that when it comes to after-sales service, they can give even food delivery apps a run for their money.

The landmark facility in Coimbatore is not just another workshop; it’s a shining symbol of Maruti Suzuki’s mission to make car ownership across India as smooth as a freshly serviced engine. The inauguration was led by Ram Suresh Akella, Executive Officer, Service, and Takahiro Shiraishi, Executive Vice President, Service.

“At Maruti Suzuki, we believe that easy access to trusted service is fundamental to a hassle-free ownership experience. Customers value proximity, affordability, genuine parts, and above all, the speed at which we resolve issues,” said Hisashi Takeuchi, Managing Director & CEO, Maruti Suzuki India Limited.
“Our expanding service network ensures faster, more reliable care, wherever they are… even if they’re somewhere between a mountain road and a wedding procession.”

📈 A Network That Rivals India’s Railway Map

With this addition, Maruti Suzuki’s total service network now stands at over 5,640 service touchpoints across 2,818 cities — from bustling metros to the smallest towns where the local mechanic now has serious competition.

In Tamil Nadu alone, the company boasts 400+ authorized service touchpoints, ensuring that every Maruti, from the humble Alto to the mighty Grand Vitara, gets the royal treatment.

In FY 2024-25, the company serviced 27 million vehicles, the highest ever in a single financial year. And between April–September 2025, it has already serviced 14 million vehicles, proving that while cars may stop for servicing, Maruti Suzuki never does.

🏢 About the Coimbatore Service Touchpoint

Spread over 3,200 sq. m., the new Arena service touchpoint features:

  • 4 service bays
  • 4 body repair bays
  • State-of-the-art equipment that makes even F1 pit crews nod in approval

This modern facility ensures that customers can relax knowing their car is in expert hands — possibly even getting a spa day of its own.

Maruti Suzuki plans to add 500 more service workshops in FY 2025-26, proving that “service everywhere” isn’t just a slogan — it’s a strategic map. Whether you’re on a highway, a hilltop, or a hidden gully, a Maruti service touchpoint is likely just a turn away.
