Thanks to advancements in BMW eDrive technology and the BMW EfficientDynamics suite, the new iX now offers a remarkable WLTP-certified range of up to 701 kilometers (435 miles) on a single charge. This represents a significant improvement, driven by optimized performance electronics, aerodynamic enhancements, and an upgraded battery system.
The new lineup includes the BMW iX xDrive45, xDrive60, and the high-performance M70 xDrive, each offering increased power outputs and reduced energy consumption. The xDrive60 now delivers 400 kW (544 hp), accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.6 seconds, while the flagship iX M70 xDrive boasts an exhilarating 485 kW (659 hp), completing the sprint in a blistering 3.8 seconds.

BMW has refined the exterior design of the new iX, reinforcing its commanding road presence. Fast-charging capabilities have also been upgraded. The iX xDrive45 now supports DC fast charging up to 175 kW, while the xDrive60 and M70 xDrive can charge at 195 kW. AC charging at 22 kW is now standard across all models, providing more flexibility for home and public charging.
