Bangalore – Toyota Kirloskar Motor (TKM) has once again demonstrated its market resilience, reporting robust wholesales of 26,323 units in November 2024—a remarkable 48% jump compared to 17,818 units in November 2023. Exports for the month stood at 1,140 units, further solidifying TKM’s upward trajectory.
The automaker achieved a significant milestone in the first eight months of FY 2024-25, with cumulative sales reaching 2,19,791 units. This marks an impressive 34% growth over the 1,63,636 units sold in the same period last fiscal year. The surge has been driven by the strong market reception of TKM’s versatile MPV and SUV lineup, supported by tailored customer-centric initiatives.
Highlighting the company’s success, Sabari Manohar, Vice President of Sales-Service-Used Car Business, stated, “This sustained performance underscores customer trust and the strength of our diverse portfolio, which caters to a wide range of lifestyles. Achieving 1,00,000 sales each for the Innova Hycross and Urban Cruiser Hyryder reaffirms our India-centric product strategy, focusing on advanced technologies to meet varied mobility needs.”
The company has also rolled out year-end benefits of over ₹1 lakh on select models, including the Urban Cruiser Taisor, Glanza, and Rumion (excluding CNG variants), available until December 31, 2024. This strategic move has significantly boosted sales momentum while providing unmatched value to customers.
With 2024 surpassing expectations, TKM remains focused on enhancing customer experiences and addressing evolving market demands. As the year draws to a close, the automaker is poised to finish on a high note, cementing its position as a leader in the Indian automotive market.
