Electrifying Power: Abarth Unleashes the Most Potent 600e Yet, Blending Track Performance with Urban Utility

In a groundbreaking leap into electric performance, Abarth introduces its all-new 600e, an electric hot hatch engineered for speed, agility, and unparalleled urban driving. As Abarth’s most powerful model to date, the 600e is equipped with an impressive 280 horsepower and 207kW e-motor, allowing a swift 0-62 mph acceleration in just 5.9 seconds and a top speed of 124 mph. With a Formula E-tested motor and racing-grade engineering from Stellantis Motorsport, the 600e is designed to bring high-intensity driving dynamics straight to the streets.

Born from Racing Pedigree, Engineered for Everyday Thrills

Developed through rigorous testing on some of the world’s most challenging racetracks, the Abarth 600e reflects decades of racing heritage merged with advanced electric engineering. This new model incorporates state-of-the-art features such as JTEKT’s Torsen mechanical limited-slip differential, Michelin Pilot Sport EV racing tires, and Alcon’s high-performance brakes, ensuring an exhilarating drive and unmatched handling.

Available in two configurations, the Abarth 600e lineup includes the standard 240 HP model and the Scorpionissima limited edition with 280 HP, produced in a run of only 1,949 units to commemorate Abarth’s founding year. The Scorpionissima includes exclusive details, such as Hypnotic Purple paint, premium Alcantara seats, and a sport-tuned suspension.

Advanced Driving Modes & Dynamic Range

Aimed at offering a versatile driving experience, the Abarth 600e includes three distinct modes: Turismo for smoother power delivery, Scorpion Street for heightened performance, and Scorpion Track for those looking to push the car to its limits. Each mode adjusts power, steering, and ESP calibrations, enabling the 600e to seamlessly shift from a practical city car to a track-ready beast.

Built with a 207-mile battery range (WLTP cycle), the Abarth 600e ensures drivers can enjoy prolonged driving with minimal recharge stops. An advanced battery cooling system optimizes performance and enhances range in demanding conditions.

High-Tech Meets Iconic Design

The Abarth 600e’s aggressive design is inspired by the classic Abarth 850 TC, with a modern twist that incorporates digital-era styling. Sporting a “shark nose” front, a bold spoiler, and diamond-cut 20-inch alloy wheels, the 600e combines aerodynamic function with high-impact aesthetics. The interior design continues the sporty theme, offering Sabelt racing seats, a 10.25-inch infotainment system, and Alcantara touches. For the first time, Abarth has integrated an AI-driven voice assistant, allowing drivers to interact naturally with the vehicle, while real-time driving metrics and track-inspired digital gauges make the driving experience more engaging.

Safety & Smart Assistance

Both models come equipped with Level 2 Assisted Driving and a suite of ADAS safety features, including adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assistance, and automated emergency braking. Exclusive to the Scorpionissima are additional amenities like a 360° camera, urban blind-spot monitoring, and automatic high beams. Enhanced driver assistance systems make it easier to navigate both the open road and tight city streets with ease.

Pricing and Launch

In the UK, the Abarth 600e starts at £36,975 OTR for the standard 240 HP version, with the Scorpionissima at £41,975 (INR 45.83 lakh) OTR. Orders open in mid-November, giving drivers the opportunity to secure one of the most advanced electric hot hatches available today. With Abarth’s signature blend of performance and electric innovation, the 600e invites a new generation to experience the thrill of driving with the soul of a race car and the power of electrification.
