A Mini Supercar for Kids: Mercedes-Benz Unveils the 7th Generation Bobby-AMG GT Ride-On

Mercedes-Benz is raising the bar for children’s ride-on cars with the debut of its seventh-generation Bobby-AMG GT, offering both style and fun in a pint-sized package. Drawing inspiration from the powerful Mercedes-AMG GT, this miniature marvel boasts a complete design overhaul, from its striking body to its steering wheel, rims, and tires. Designed for young drivers 18 months and older, the Bobby-AMG GT ensures a closer resemblance to its real-life counterpart, delivering both thrills and improved ergonomics for little car enthusiasts.

Features that Shine: LED Lights and Realistic Details

One of the standout additions to the new Bobby-AMG GT is the option for LED lighting and functional indicators. The hyper blue variant includes front daytime running lights, tail lamps, and turn signals that can be operated via a cockpit keypad, giving kids a realistic driving experience. Both the hyper blue (with LED lighting) and sun yellow (without lighting) models sport clear glass lenses in their headlamps and tail lamps for an extra touch of realism.

For even more authenticity, the radiator grille, front splitter, and rear diffuser are now individual components, moving away from the sticker approach seen in previous models. The ride-on also features AMG cross-spoke rims in matte black, matching the high-end design of the full-sized Mercedes-AMG GT. Whisper-quiet Michelin-inspired tires ensure a smooth, noise-free ride.

Designed for Comfort and Fun

The revamped Bobby-AMG GT isn’t just about looks—ergonomics have also been enhanced for a better driving experience. A narrower and lower seat ensures a comfortable ride that’s easier on kids’ joints, while a knee recess allows older children to enjoy longer play sessions. The seat pad is removable, and in the LED model, the battery compartment for the lighting system is tucked beneath it for easy access.

A Legacy of Fun: Over 20 Years of Bobby-Benz Success

The Bobby-AMG GT is the latest in a long line of children’s ride-on cars from Mercedes-Benz. The legacy began in 1996 with the SLK model, evolving through several generations before introducing the AMG variant in 2016. All models are manufactured in Germany by BIG Spielwarenfabrik, ensuring quality and durability.

Parents can choose between two eye-catching colors: the hyper blue model (with LED lighting) and the sun yellow version (without lighting), available under the order numbers B66962013 and B66962012, respectively.

Whether for racing around the backyard or cruising down the driveway, the new Bobby-AMG GT guarantees endless hours of fun while introducing kids to the world of luxury automobiles.
