New Delhi – Mahindra Last Mile Mobility Limited (MLMML), India’s leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has launched the Mahindra Zeo, an all-electric, four-wheeler small commercial vehicle (SCV), marking a new era in urban transportation. Priced from ₹7.52 lakh (ex-showroom), the Mahindra Zeo promises to revolutionize last-mile logistics with cutting-edge features, superior range, and impressive cost savings.

Power and Performance at the Core

Built on a high-voltage 300+ V architecture, the Mahindra Zeo delivers exceptional energy efficiency, faster charging times, and an extended range of up to 160 km, making it a game-changer for commercial electric vehicles. The advanced 30 kW electric motor, combined with a 21.3 kWh liquid-cooled battery, generates 114 Nm of torque, ensuring powerful performance. With a top speed of 60 km/h and a payload capacity of 765 kg, the ZEO is tailored for businesses aiming to boost productivity and profitability.

Fast Charging and Longer Range

A standout feature of the Mahindra Zeo is its rapid charging capability. Equipped with a DC fast charger, the Zeo can deliver 100 km of range in just 60 minutes, significantly reducing downtime for operators. Additionally, the regenerative braking system enhances overall range, making it ideal for frequent stops and city driving.

Smart Features for Urban Mobility

Designed with urban logistics in mind, the Zeo boasts a class-leading 32% gradeability, enabling it to tackle steep inclines with ease. Its low 4.3-meter turning radius ensures agility on narrow city roads, while the smart gear shifter and creep function make it easy to navigate congested traffic. The spacious cabin, complete with a digital instrument panel, walk-through design, and convenient USB charging, enhances driver comfort and convenience.

Advanced Technology for Fleet Optimization

The Zeo integrates seamlessly with Mahindra’s NEMO Universe, an intelligent telematics platform offering fleet managers real-time data and performance insights. Through the NEMO Fleet Management System, operators can track fleet performance, geofencing, and service alerts, while the NEMO Driver app helps individual drivers locate charging stations and manage trips efficiently.

Safety and Durability at the Forefront

Mahindra has prioritized safety with the Zeo, equipping it with a suite of advanced features, including an AI-powered camera system for Lane Departure Warning and Pedestrian Collision alerts. The vehicle also includes Hill Hold Assist, preventing rollbacks on inclines, and an IP67-rated battery and motor, ensuring top-tier safety standards even in adverse conditions.

Cost Savings and Warranty Assurance

One of the most compelling benefits of the Mahindra Zeo is the potential for significant savings. Customers can save up to ₹7 lakh over seven years compared to traditional diesel SCVs. Mahindra further backs the Zeo with a 7-year/150,000 km battery warranty and comprehensive service packages under the Mahindra Safar program.
