New Delhi, March 29, 2024 – Maruti Suzuki, India’s leading automobile manufacturer, concluded the first season of its much-anticipated ‘Rock N’ Road 4X4 Masters’ championship with a bang in Goa. The off-roading championship, dedicated to Jimny owners, saw an overwhelming participation of over 200 enthusiasts, culminating in a nail-biting finale. Mihir Dharkar from Mumbai emerged as the champion, with Shantanu Grover from Delhi and Gurmeet Virdi from Chandigarh securing the first and second runner-up positions, respectively.
The victors were awarded an exclusive opportunity to attend the globally renowned Rainforest Challenge in Malaysia, a testament to their exceptional off-roading prowess. This unique championship, launched in January 2024, has been a celebration of adventure, skill, and the spirit of off-roading among Jimny aficionados.
