Hispano Suiza, the storied Spanish carmaker, has given the world a glimpse of its future wrapped in its past, with the first sneak-peek of the Carmen Sagrera, an all-electric hypercar, through a riveting 12-second teaser. This high-octane beauty is set to make a grand entrance in June 2024, celebrating 120 revved-up years of the iconic brand.
Designed by the renowned Francesc Arenas, the Carmen Sagrera is a sight for sore eyes, flaunting a massive carbon fibre rear wing that’s as much about swagger as it is about aerodynamics. This masterpiece is the brainchild of CTO Juan Fernández and his team, marrying sportiness with “hyperlux”, a term Hispano Suiza coined when they launched their first electric hypercar, Carmen, back in 2019.
