Chennai, 09 December 2023: Nissan Motor India (NMIPL) has announced a comprehensive package of support services for customers with Nissan cars impacted by Cyclone Michaung in Chennai. The initiative underscores Nissan’s commitment to offering customers’ robust aftercare support and a superior value for money proposition, especially during challenging times.

NMIPL has announced the following initiatives for impacted customers:

• Special Helpdesk & Contact Call Centre: dedicated helpdesk has been set up to assist Chennai flood-affected vehicle customers. Customers can reach out for support by contacting the call centre at 18002093456 or connect with the nearest Nissan service centre.
• Free Towing Vehicles Support: Nissan is also providing free towing vehicle support to transport affected vehicles to a nearby workshop through its Roadside Assistance (RSA) service.
• Claim Filing Assistance: Channel partners will pay the fees for filing an insurance claim, up to INR 1000/- for their customers.
• Special Offer on Floor Carpet Replacement: Chennai Customers can avail a 10% discount on the floor carpet replacement during service for the next two months.
• Extended Workshop Operational Hours: All Nissan workshops in Chennai will operate with extended working hours, from 8:00 am to 8:00 PM, ensuring convenient service access for customers.
• Special Offer on Engine Oil & Oil Filter Replacement: Chennai Customers can avail a 10% discount on the engine oil and filter replacement service for the next two months.
