Lamborghini Crosses 10,000 Global Sales Again in 2025; India Joins the Supercar Celebration with 111 Deliveries

Sant’Agata Bolognese / New Delhi: Automobili Lamborghini has once again proven that roaring engines and roaring balance sheets can coexist. In 2025, the iconic Italian supercar brand crossed the coveted 10,000-unit global sales mark for the second consecutive year, delivering a record 10,747 vehicles worldwide – the highest in its history. Not bad for a company that once built tractors and now builds poster cars for dream garages.

The milestone underlines Lamborghini’s successful transition into the hybrid era, with customers embracing electrification without losing their appetite for drama, design and deafening exhaust notes. In simple terms: Lamborghini went green, but didn’t go boring.

India too played its part in this global success story. Lamborghini India delivered 111 vehicles in 2025, maintaining strong momentum despite a challenging luxury car market. The star performer was the Super SUV segment, which recorded a healthy 17% year-on-year growth, confirming that Indian buyers like their supercars with extra ground clearance, extra power, and probably extra space for golf bags.

Commenting on the performance, Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman and CEO of Automobili Lamborghini, said the brand’s focus was not about chasing volumes but building sustainable growth. He noted that even in complex global market conditions, Lamborghini continues to stand out by aligning strategy closely with customer expectations – essentially proving that limited numbers and unlimited desirability still make a winning formula.

From a regional perspective, Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) remained Lamborghini’s largest market with 4,650 deliveries. The Americas followed with 3,347 units, while Asia Pacific contributed 2,750 cars to the global tally – a clear sign that supercar dreams are very much alive across continents.

Federico Foschini, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer, highlighted that 2025 was far from smooth sailing, with geopolitical and economic turbulence impacting markets differently. Yet, Lamborghini’s strong dealer network, competitive product portfolio and carefully curated exclusivity helped the brand maintain its upward trajectory. In other words, while the world had its ups and downs, Lamborghini kept its foot firmly on the accelerator.

As the brand moves deeper into its hybrid and electrified future, one thing is clear: Lamborghini is not just surviving the transition – it’s thriving in it. And if 10,747 customers worldwide are anything to go by, the sound of success still comes with a very Italian accent… even if it’s now partially powered by electrons.
