Chennai, 28th August 2024: Citroën India is accelerating its nationwide expansion, with the recent inauguration of 15 new showrooms and 7 workshops across multiple cities, bringing its total touchpoints to 145. This move is part of Citroën’s aggressive Network Expansion Program (NEP) launched in March 2024, with a goal of reaching 200 touchpoints by the end of the year.
The new showrooms have been established in key locations, including Jodhpur, Ranchi, Jalandhar, and Bangalore, among others, while the new workshops are operational in cities such as Indore, Salem, and Hisar. The expansion demonstrates Citroën’s commitment to making its brand more accessible to customers across India, with a focus on providing exceptional service and support.
Shishir Mishra, Brand Director of Citroën India, emphasized the company’s dedication to enhancing customer convenience: “Our goal is to ensure that a Citroën touchpoint is within 100 kilometers of every customer, offering premium service and support no matter where they are. This network growth is a testament to our long-term vision for Citroën in India.”
Looking ahead, Citroën plans to add 12 more showrooms and 8 additional workshops within the next two months, with Letters of Intent already issued to dealers in strategic locations. By the end of 2024, Citroën aims to operate 100 service centers, expanding further to 150 by 2025. The L’Atelier Citroën aftersales network currently runs over 60 service centers, ensuring the availability of Citroën Certified Trained Technicians, genuine parts, and high-quality service infrastructure.
The brand’s expansion is further bolstered by the launch of its 25th Stellantis Brand House (SBH) in Sambhaji Nagar, Maharashtra, in July 2024. These facilities provide a comprehensive range of SUVs under one roof, reinforcing Citroën’s presence and commitment to customer-centric service across India.
