Delhi-NCR Rains: Audi India Announces Free 24×7 Roadside Assistance for Affected Cars

Mumbai: Audi India has announced complimentary roadside assistance for customer vehicles affected by incessant rains across the Delhi-NCR region, offering 24-hour support to motorists dealing with rain-related vehicle troubles.

The German luxury car manufacturer said the complimentary Roadside Assistance, or RSA, service will be available 24×7 across Delhi-NCR, with customers able to seek assistance through the company’s helplines at 18001036800 and 18002096800.

The move comes as persistent rainfall has created difficult driving conditions across parts of the National Capital Region, where waterlogged roads can quickly turn an otherwise routine drive into an unwanted test of a car’s ground clearance — and its owner’s patience.

Balbir Singh Dhillon, Brand Director, Audi India, said, “In light of the unprecedented challenges currently faced by our customers in the Delhi-NCR region, we remain fully committed to supporting them in every possible way. We are also monitoring situation in other cities and will extend support, as needed. Our teams are on standby to respond swiftly, ensuring the safety, comfort and well-being of our customers during this difficult time.”

What Audi’s Roadside Assistance Covers

According to Audi India, the roadside assistance programme provides 24x7x365 coverage and includes support such as on-site repairs, fuel delivery and assistance with spare keys.

The service also provides travel or accommodation facilities where required, along with the custody, transportation, storage and safekeeping of affected vehicles.

Audi said it is also monitoring conditions in other cities and may extend similar support depending on the situation.

Customers requiring assistance can contact Audi India through its roadside assistance numbers — 18001036800 / 18002096800 — or get in touch with their nearest Audi dealership for further information.

The initiative highlights the growing importance of manufacturer-backed emergency assistance during extreme weather conditions, particularly in large metropolitan regions where prolonged rainfall and waterlogging can leave even premium vehicles temporarily stranded.
