30 Years, Two New Flagships, One Golden Promise: Sonalika Rolls Out Gold Series Tractors for Next-Gen Farming Power

In a move that proves birthdays aren’t just for cakes and candles—but also for torque and transmissions—Sonalika Tractors has celebrated 30 years of farmer trust with the launch of its all-new Gold Series tractors. And no, this gold doesn’t sit in lockers — it ploughs fields.

Marking three decades of partnership with Indian farmers, the company has introduced two new flagship machines — Gold DI 745 III and Gold DI 55 III — designed with category-defining features and future-ready engineering aimed at heavier implements, longer working hours, and higher productivity.

Announced in New Delhi on 6 February 2026, the Gold Series blends performance, durability and farmer-focused comfort — essentially turning the tractor into a long-term agricultural SIP (Systematic Investment Plan), but with diesel.

A “Gold” Philosophy — Not Just a Paint Job

The new series is inspired by the cultural and financial value Indians associate with gold — security, appreciation, and generational trust. Sonalika says the Gold Series is engineered to be a dependable farming partner today and a secure asset for tomorrow.

Built around the brand’s long-running farmer-first philosophy — “Jab kisan aage badhta hai, desh aage badhta hai” — the tractors are designed to handle rising farm mechanisation demands and larger implements with confidence.

Bigger Engines, Heavier Lifting, Smoother Working

The headline act in the Gold Series is not subtle — it’s mechanical muscle.

Gold DI 745 III — Category Muscle Builder

  • New biggest-in-category 3-cylinder E3.5 engine
  • 3532 cc engine capacity
  • Up to 220 Nm torque
  • New 16F + 4R multi-speed transmission
  • Global PTO + upgraded hydraulics
  • 2000 kg lift capacity
  • Heavy-duty linkages for bigger implements
  • Reengineered exhaust for long working hours

In simple words: if your implement is heavy, this tractor says, “Bas itna hi?”

Gold DI 55 III — Torque With Technique

  • New E3.5 engine platform
  • Max torque of 235 Nm
  • 12F + 3R multi-speed driveline
  • Double clutch IPTO
  • New hydraulics with 2,200 kg lift capacity
  • Built for demanding multi-application farm work

Comfort & Design: Because Farmers Notice Details Too

The Gold Series also brings feature upgrades focused on operator comfort and ownership pride:

  • Muscular built design
  • Signature Gold badging
  • Jetline throttle
  • Golden Glow headlamps
  • Ergo deck platform
  • Next-generation instrument cluster
  • Ezz lift bonnet with gas struts (because shoulders also deserve respect)

Leadership Speak: Strength That Lasts Generations

Commenting on the launch, Raman Mittal, Joint Managing Director at International Tractors Ltd, said the Gold Series reflects what farmers truly value — endurance and long-term reliability.

He emphasized that just like gold represents safety and stability in Indian households, the Gold Series tractors are engineered to deliver confidence across seasons and generations, combining the biggest engines in the category with next-gen transmissions and precision hydraulics.

With the Gold Series, Sonalika isn’t just launching tractors — it’s launching a statement: if farmers are investing hard-earned money, the machine better behave like gold — strong, reliable, and appreciating in value every season.

Because in Indian agriculture, true gold doesn’t glitter — it cultivates.
