Limited to just 46 units in two distinct design variants, this high-performance machine embodies Rossi’s racing legacy and unique style. Produced at BMW Group Plant Dingolfing, the VR46 Edition blends performance, exclusivity, and personal touches designed in collaboration with the nine-time motorcycle world champion himself.
A Racing-Inspired Design in Two Versions
The BMW M4 CS Edition VR46 is available in two striking variants—Sport and Style—each reflecting Rossi’s signature aesthetics. The Sport variant boasts a Marina Bay Blue metallic exterior with an oversized “46” in Tanzanite Blue metallic, while the Style version features a Frozen Tanzanite Blue metallic finish with the number “46” in Frozen Marina Bay Blue metallic. Both versions proudly display Rossi’s iconic number on the carbon-fiber-reinforced plastic (CFRP) roof, along with a large VR46 logo and his signature.
Adding to the exclusivity, the yellow accents—a nod to Rossi’s signature colors—adorn the kidney grille outline, brake calipers, and select wheel spokes. The interior continues this theme with Night Blue Merino leather seats, yellow Alcantara highlights, and a VR46 logo on the headrests. Each of the 46 units features a “1/46” badge on the carbon-fiber center console, solidifying its rarity.
