In a strategic move aimed at consolidating its global footprint, Bentley Motors has announced the integration of its operations in India into the newly formed EMEA region, encompassing the UK, Europe, Middle East, Africa, and now India. This restructuring aligns with Bentley’s ambitious Beyond100+ strategy, emphasizing sustainability and innovation in the luxury automotive sector.
The EMEA region, now the largest for Bentley, boasts a significant presence with 95 retail partners spanning across 41 diverse markets. This consolidation not only streamlines operational efficiency but also maximizes synergies across markets, representing approximately one-third of Bentley’s global sales volume.
Richard Leopold, appointed as the Regional Director for EMEA, brings over 17 years of expertise within Bentley Motors, having navigated complex regional dynamics. His leadership aims to strengthen Bentley’s market position by fostering closer collaboration with retail partners and enhancing the customer experience.
“I am thrilled to lead Bentley’s journey in our expanded EMEA region, which includes India—a pivotal market,” said Richard Leopold. “Our focus will be on introducing new models under the Beyond100+ vision while enriching our network and elevating customer satisfaction. This strategic alignment marks a significant milestone as we continue to drive growth and innovation across our largest single region worldwide.”
This structural revision underscores Bentley’s commitment to adaptability and market responsiveness, ensuring sustained growth and leadership in the luxury automotive industry.
