Nissan India Strengthens Karnataka Presence with New Mangaluru Dealership and Service Hub

Mangaluru, September 13, 2024 – Nissan Motor India continues its aggressive network expansion in Karnataka, opening a new state-of-the-art dealership and service workshop in Mangaluru. This strategic move reinforces the automaker’s commitment to enhancing customer accessibility and satisfaction in one of its key growth markets.

The new Pai Sales Nissan Showroom, spanning 10,950 square feet, and an adjacent service workshop covering 19,000 square feet, offer comprehensive automotive services under one roof. These facilities, designed with cutting-edge amenities and manned by skilled professionals, provide a seamless car-buying and ownership experience for customers in the region.

With this expansion, Nissan now boasts 20 customer touchpoints across Karnataka, further solidifying its presence in the state. Saurabh Vatsa, Managing Director of Nissan Motor India, emphasized the importance of Karnataka in the brand’s nationwide growth strategy, stating, “Karnataka is a crucial market for Nissan. This new facility in Mangaluru will allow us to better serve our customers and strengthen our footprint in Southern India, where demand for our vehicles continues to rise.”

The Mangaluru launch follows last month’s opening of three additional touchpoints in Bengaluru, underscoring Nissan’s continued focus on bolstering its sales and service network across Karnataka. The newly opened dealerships and service workshops aim to offer a premium experience to Nissan customers, further enhancing their interaction with the brand.

In addition to expanding its dealership network, Nissan has introduced new models, such as the 4th Generation X-TRAIL and the Magnite EZ-Shift. The X-TRAIL, with its world-first Variable Compression engine, brings cutting-edge technology to Indian roads, offering enhanced power and fuel efficiency. Nissan’s growing product lineup, combined with its comprehensive service network, demonstrates the brand’s dedication to addressing the evolving needs of Indian consumers.

Nissan’s ‘phygital’ approach, blending physical and digital customer engagement, ensures that customers in Karnataka can access a range of services both online and offline, providing convenience and flexibility for the modern car buyer.
