State-of-the-art training center to enhance service quality, support dealer network expansion
11 September 2024, Chennai – Isuzu Motors India has further reinforced its commitment to customer satisfaction by inaugurating the ‘Isuzu Skill Development and Experience Centre’ in Noida. The new facility, situated in Sector-10, is designed to deliver world-class training to service personnel, including service managers, advisors, and technicians from Isuzu’s expanding dealer network in North India and neighboring regions. The center also boasts a brand experience zone, featuring a permanent two-vehicle display within a dynamic, thematic environment.
This strategic initiative complements the existing skill development facility in Chennai, which has been operational since 2014, signaling the company’s focus on elevating service standards across its growing network. Rajesh Mittal, Managing Director and President, along with Toru Kishimoto, Deputy Managing Director, presided over the facility’s opening ceremony, accompanied by key dealer partners and staff.
The Noida center aims to upskill technicians through specialized learning modules that cover everything from basic vehicle maintenance to advanced drivetrain management. The comprehensive curriculum blends classroom instruction with hands-on practice in live work-bays, ensuring participants gain both theoretical knowledge and practical expertise. Each batch can accommodate 15-20 personnel, with training sessions led by dedicated Isuzu service coaches.

In addition to its primary focus on dealer technician development, the facility will also serve as the training ground for the national team that represents India at the biennial ‘I-1 Grand Prix World Technical Competition.’ Team India has already made its mark, securing a top-10 position in a global competition featuring 24 countries, underscoring the effectiveness of Isuzu’s training programs.
As Isuzu Motors India continues to expand its footprint, the new Noida center will play a crucial role in enhancing the technical skills of its workforce, ensuring customers receive exceptional service with every visit.
