This massive recruitment drive is part of HMIL’s commitment to fostering skill development and supporting India’s youth through meaningful employment opportunities within its extensive dealer network.

The recruitment campaign spanned across Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Maharashtra, Telangana, West Bengal, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat, targeting students who have undergone specialized training programs. These programs are designed by HMIL to equip students with industry-ready skills, exposing them to the latest automotive technologies and offering on-the-job training to ensure seamless integration into the workforce.

Empowering India’s Youth: A Vision for Progress

Aligned with Hyundai’s global vision of ‘Progress for Humanity,’ HMIL’s initiative is aimed at enriching the lives of India’s young talents and contributing to the nation’s progress. Tarun Garg, Whole-time Director and COO of HMIL, emphasized the company’s dedication to supporting the Indian government’s ‘Skill India’ mission. “We take immense pride in our role in training the youth in cutting-edge technologies. HMIL’s commitment to skill development is evident through its partnerships with 76 government ITIs and polytechnic institutes. The Hyundai Motor India Foundation (HMIF), the CSR arm of HMIL, has made substantial investments in upgrading these institutions. This includes providing necessary resources, quality educational materials, and ensuring exposure to the latest advancements in automotive technology.

The curriculum designed by HMIL covers a broad spectrum of automotive industry knowledge, including hands-on training sessions that enhance practical skills.
