Ferrari Roma Spider Unveils Stunning Makeover with Matt Sandstorm Wrap and Novitec Enhancements

The Ferrari Roma has long captured the hearts of car enthusiasts, but it was the coupe version that first hit the streets, leaving fans eagerly anticipating the arrival of its open-top counterpart. The wait ended in mid-2023 when Maranello’s sports car maestros introduced the Roma Spider, a worthy successor to the Portofino M. This elegant model, inspired by Ferrari designs from the 1950s and 1960s, has now received a series of sophisticated customizations courtesy of fostla.de.

Known for their expertise in high-quality vehicle wraps, the Hanover-based specialists at fostla.de have transformed the Roma Spider with a striking new look. The original Grigio Scuro gray was replaced with a PWF wrap in Intense Matt Sandstorm, closely resembling Ferrari’s Verde Masoni Opaco. To enhance the car’s dynamic appearance, fostla.de added yellow contrast strips to various bodywork elements, including the front lip, side skirts, and diffuser. The rear now features a sleek Novitec carbon fiber spoiler lip.

Novitec, hailing from Stetten in Bavaria, contributed several components to further elevate this convertible’s allure. The modifications include a set of NF11 forged alloy rims, created in collaboration with Vossen, measuring 9×21″ at the front and 12×22″ at the rear. These rims boast a centerlock design and a subtle satin black finish, paired with tires sized 255/30R21 and 315/25R22 respectively.

Additionally, Novitec coil springs have been installed to ensure the wheels sit perfectly within the Spider’s fenders. These enhancements are complemented by Ferrari’s optional Magneto dampers (SCM), providing an optimal driving experience.

Under the hood, the Roma Spider retains its formidable twin-turbo 3.9-liter V8 engine, delivering 620 hp and 760 Nm of torque. This powerhouse propels the convertible from 0 to 100 km/h in a mere 3.4 seconds, with a top speed exceeding 320 km/h. Power is seamlessly transferred to the road via an eight-speed dual-clutch transmission and rear-wheel drive.

With its blend of vintage-inspired design and modern upgrades, the Ferrari Roma Spider, now adorned in Matt Sandstorm and featuring Novitec’s precision components, stands as a testament to automotive excellence and innovation.
