Kinetic Green, an established name in the E3W (electric three-wheeler) and E2W (electric two-wheeler) market, is expanding its 3-wheeler category by venturing into the L5 passenger segment. This move complements its existing operations in the L3 passenger and cargo categories, as well as the L5 cargo category. George’s appointment is anticipated to be crucial in building and leading high-performing sales teams, devising effective sales strategies, increasing market share, and establishing robust dealership relationships.
Joel George joins Kinetic Green with over 18 years of experience in the automotive industry, having worked with prestigious Japanese, German, and Italian brands. His extensive background encompasses automotive sales, marketing, and operations, with a particular focus on electric mobility. George’s skill set includes business development, marketing strategies, vehicle leasing, fleet sales, B2B/corporate sales, commercial vehicle sales, and retail sales, making him a valuable addition to Kinetic Green.
In his new role, George will collaborate closely with Debashish Mitra, President of Kinetic Green’s E3W SBU, to strategize and plan retail sales and business development. He will lead sales strategies in both retail and B2B sectors and work to expand the dealer network, positioning Kinetic Green as a leader in the 3-wheeler green mobility sector.
