Triple Engine Attack: Hyundai Venue Fires Up with Petrol, Turbo, and Diesel Powertrains for Every Kind of Driver

Gurugram: Hyundai Motor India Limited (HMIL) is ready to dial up the thrill with the all-new Hyundai Venue — a compact SUV that believes “daily drives” and “driving delight” shouldn’t be mutually exclusive. Designed to thrill, engineered to perform, and built to make Monday mornings slightly less tragic, the Venue is here to redefine what a compact SUV can do.

The Venue That Thinks It’s a Sports Car

“Why should fun be limited to racetracks?” asks Mr. Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director and COO of Hyundai Motor India Limited, possibly while grinning at a set of paddle shifters. “The all-new Hyundai Venue is designed to thrill, engineered to perform and built to inspire,” he said.
And he’s not exaggerating — the Venue comes armed with cutting-edge powertrains, drive and traction control modes, and enough attitude to turn even a grocery run into a Top Gear audition.

Powertrain Buffet: Pick Your Flavor of Fun

Hyundai has made sure that the new Venue has something for everyone — from calm commuters to caffeine-fueled corner hunters.

  • Kappa 1.2L MPi Petrol: The smooth talker — perfect for daily drives and Sunday traffic jams that require Zen-level patience.
  • Kappa 1.0L Turbo GDi Petrol: The adrenaline junkie — a turbocharged beast for those who believe “Eco Mode” is a myth. Comes with a 6-speed manual or an advanced 7-speed DCT with idle stop & go.
  • U2 1.5L CRDi Diesel: The fuel-efficiency guru — now with a 6-speed automatic option for those who love torque and detest clutch pedals.

In short, no matter how you like your horsepower served — mild, spicy, or diesel-flavored — Venue’s got you covered.

Modes for Every Mood

The all-new Hyundai Venue’s drive and traction control systems practically read your mind. Whether you’re crawling through city chaos or channeling your inner rally driver, this SUV adjusts accordingly.

  • Drive Modes: Eco (for calm days), Normal (for regular days), and Sport (for days you just got your bonus).
  • Traction Modes: Sand, Mud, and Snow — because who knows when your “shortcut” will turn into an off-road expedition?

And just when you thought Hyundai couldn’t add more drama, they threw in paddle shifters, giving you the illusion of being an F1 driver — without the pressure of sponsorships or radio complaints.

Designed to Deliver Thrills, Not Just Commutes

The all-new Venue blends power, control, and sophistication, ensuring every drive feels like an experience, not a chore. It’s Hyundai’s way of saying: “If you must go to work, you might as well enjoy the drive.”

Bookings are now open for ₹25,000 at Hyundai dealerships or online. Official debut: November 4, 2025.
