Ford Unveils the Rugged Everest Tremor in Australia: A New Benchmark for Off-Road Excellence

Ford has officially introduced the Everest Tremor to the Australian market, setting a new standard for off-road vehicles with its powerful features and robust design. The Everest Tremor comes equipped with a 3.0L V6 Turbo Diesel engine, delivering 246 horsepower at 3250rpm and an impressive 600Nm of torque between 1750-2250rpm, making it a formidable choice for adventurers and off-road enthusiasts.

This full-time 4WD model, priced at AUD $83,303 (approximately INR 47 lakh), is designed to conquer the toughest terrains with ease. The Tremor’s distinctive exterior includes a signature grille, factory-fitted auxiliary LED lights, front tow hooks, and a steel bash plate, ensuring that almost no terrain is too challenging.

The vehicle’s 17-inch alloy wheels, paired with General Grabber AT3 All-Terrain tyres and Asphalt Black Wheel Arch Mouldings, offer enhanced grip and stability. The off-road suspension is outfitted with position-sensitive Bilstein Dampers and a lift kit, providing additional off-road capability without compromising its impressive 3500kg towing capacity. For even greater versatility, the Tremor adds a Rock Crawl Drive Mode to its existing six on-and-off-road drive modes.

Inside, the Everest Tremor features a contemporary interior with bespoke ebony leather-accented seats embossed with the Tremor logo. All-weather floor mats further enhance comfort and durability, making it the ideal vehicle for both daily commutes and rugged adventures.

For those seeking to venture further off the beaten path, the Rough Terrain Pack is available, adding extra underbody protection with ARB Stealth Bar, ARB Under Vehicle Armour, and an auxiliary switch bank.

Advanced technology and safety features are also a highlight, including a 12-inch LED portrait screen with Sync 4A, wireless Apple CarPlay & Android Auto, a wireless charging pad, and an 8-inch digital instrument cluster. The Everest Tremor is equipped with intelligent safety systems such as Adaptive Cruise Control with Stop & Go, Blind Spot Monitoring with Cross Traffic Alert, and Pre-Collision Assist with Autonomous Emergency Braking (AEB) and Intersection Assist, earning it a 5-star ANCAP safety rating.

The Everest Tremor, available in Grey, Black, and White, combines power, technology, and rugged capability, making it the ultimate choice for those looking to explore the wild without sacrificing comfort or safety.
