Unveiling two of its limited first edition vehicles, with only 250 production models each, BMW exhibits the captivation of owning a highly exclusive car. A display of style and strength in their creation has shaped two unmatched vehicles in the automobile world. The X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition are now available to order.

Manufacturing high-performance and increasingly advanced vehicles for their age has been a long-time modus operandi of BMW. Staying true to its unique design language and progressive vision, BMW has yet again delivered strength and vivacity in the form of its first edition models- the BMW X5 M Competition and BMW X6 M Competition. Both the vehicles in their respective luxury Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) and Sports Activity Coupé (SAC) divisions are ultimate examples of the carmaker’s technical and mechanical expertise put to work. Producing only 250 vehicles each of the two models, these will cars are very special and exclusively available only for those who place their orders first. The limited edition vehicles will be manufactured at BMW’s Spartanburg Plant in the United States. The X5 M and X6 M have also raised the stakes for other competitors due to their high-performance while simultaneously keeping fuel consumption as low as 13.0 – 12.8 l/100 km and 13.1 l/100 km, correspondingly. Detailed designing which combines the interior as well as the exterior adds to the ‘exclusively limited first edition’ feel of both the cars.

Their appeal is not limited to aesthetics, but also spans to: the V8 engine– known for its powerful revs, duo turbochargers with 460 kW/625 hp, and suspension and M xDrive four-wheel drive which have been specifically designed for the ‘M’ line, all of which work behind the scenes to make driving these cars a truly invigorating experience. The paint job has also been planned in such a way that it naturally brings out the musculature of the cars, without having to go to any certain lengths for the same. The BMW Individual Frozen Dark Silver paint has been specifically chosen to do its task of highlighting all the impressive physical aspects of the X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition and bringing more detail to the exclusive M finishes. Customers are also free to pick the BMW Individual Frozen Marina Bay Blue paint for their cars, as a deviation from the standard shade mentioned above. The paint job is not the only noticeable element of their exterior designing, the 21 and 22 inch front and rear alloy wheels with a glistening Jet Black finish are also immediate eye-catchers.

Other exterior features comprise of parts made from carbon-fibre-reinforced-plastic, like the M Carbon rear spoiler and mirror caps. To keep the interior trims consistent with the exterior, the BMW Individual Merino full leather trim comes in the dual shade options of Silverstone and Midnight Blue. Contrasting hues of the Black Alcantara and Sakhir Orange add to the sporty silhouette of the M multipurpose seats and shape-up the whole seating area. The distinctive black inserts and orange stitching also brings out the charm in the door trims and instrument panel which has been finished in pure leather. The carbon-fibre-reinforced-plastic also makes its appearance on the inside of the X5 M and X6 M in the form of Carbon Fibre interior trim strips. To make these special edition BMWs feel even more exclusive, a silver “First Edition 1/250” inscription is added to the carbon fibre strip and then set with a clear coat seal. It is fair to say that BMW X5 M Competition and X6 M Competition are the most top-notch and exclusive vehicles in their categories, courtesy of their performance, specialized detailing and rarity.
