Tata Motors on September 08, 2020 announced the launch of ‘Nexon EV 3D Commerce’, an immersive visualization of its entire Nexon EV range on its website. Partnered with Eccentric Engine’s One 3D platform for the development of the experience website, it is unique in providing customers with insights on the vehicle and be totally virtual in light to the present situation due to the pandemic. Tata Motors has taken steps in ensuring that buyers who have been waiting for months to purchase their vehicle but have been prevented to do so, may now finally get to experience the closest thing to a live demonstration while sitting in the comfort of their homes.
The Nexon EV 3D Commerce is a virtual experience with enables one to explore the vehicle body and styling in high definition 360° rendering, and the interiors while also allowing a quick way to customise colours and add-on features. It has been lauded as the first virtual e-commerce experience in the automotive sector developed using 3D technology.
Tata Nexon has proven itself to be the highest selling EV in the country making Tata Motors the leader in EV sector with 62% market share. Tata has got bang on its buck as it has judged the EV mindset in the country aptly and delivered a vehicle which has been more than well received in the country, as the 1000th Nexon EV left the assembly line.
