Whether you are contemplating to buy a new Aston Martin, or you just love their art, this article will help you to understand that Aston’s heritage.  And since now, they have added some more advanced Vantage Legacy Collection, seems they have a long and captivating history expanding back to the developmental years of motoring.

During times of collapse, or this pandemic, the company faced some tough conditions, however, never freely settled on building some of the elegant cars of their time.  And we are aware that the time between 2009 and 2018 has been one of the most prosperous ones in the British’s racing history.  Throughout the nine-year period, AMR (Aston Martin Racing) achieved two 24 Hours of Le Mans class achievements, in 2014 & 2017.

Moreover, adding more it, they have even achieved no less than seven FIA World Endurance Championship titles.  The tally continues up further, with various international sports car championship trophies in the European Le Mans Series, British GT, and the GT World Challenge (Europe).

Consequently, to celebrate this period as well as one of the most thriving racing cars to ever develop out of Gaydon, the Aston Martin Vantage, AMR has revealed the Vantage Legacy Collection.  Included of three FIA-approved race supercars, all of which come enhanced in AMR’s classic Sterling Green attire.  The Vantage Collection is produced up of the V12 Vantage GT3, the V8 Vantage GTE, and Vantage GT4.  The complete collection is up for sale and like their racing complements; each of the three has been completed in same classic Aston Martin Yellow trim lines and Sterling Green liveries.

The first of the trio, The GT4 is a 4.7L V8 with HANS Recaro seats, a six-speed Sport shift transmission with a twin-plate metallic clutch, polycarbonate windows, and a full aero kit with a flexible carbon wing.  The second one is GTE, which is made of an aluminum- carbon fiber-bodied V8 with 500 HP and 369ft-lbs.  Finally yet importantly is the GT3, which is a 6.0L- V-12 full bevy track.  It is the only part, which is a running gear.

In addition, this is not just enough for now.  Over 100 models of the Vantage GT4 have been introduced since 2009 and 46 parts of the V12 Vantage GT3 built between 2012 and 2017.  The earlier in the Legacy collection is the ultimate, 108th car to be delivered.  However, The V8 Vantage GTE is the rarest one of the three in this collection.  With only seven models ever produced since its beginning in 2012!  The GTE, in the collection, is the seventh and the last car to be built, carrying chassis 007 number.
