Skoda, a Czech automobile manufacturer has revealed the final specification and pricing for its upcoming series of the fourth-generation of Octavia vRS to contend against the new rivals. It has been considered as the flagship model of the company line-up since 2001 and its tradition of performance model stretches back to nearly 50 years of automaker’s history.
The Octavia vRS 245PS 2.0 TSI DSG model will come at a cost of £31,495 OTR or 29.80 Lakh in Indian Currency and will be available in hatch and body estate style. It contains a different exterior and interior to previous iterations and the reason behind tweaking the style is nothing but to give a new level of comfort and safety to the customers. The launch model of Octavia will take its intial steps over the approaching months of 2020. Speaking of the style the manufacturer has embraced the manual version along with a choice of four wheeled drive in its 2.0 TSI 245PS model, a 2.0 TDI 200PS DSG and in the brand new electrified vRS model- a 245PS Octavia iV DSG.
Indians will simple feel smitten with the colourful and delicate look of the fourth generation of Octavia vRS but over the years the automaker has kept that touch which makes it identifiable as a member of Octavia family. The automaker has the bits and items here and there just like the front and rear bumper design which incorporates a host of black details. Carbon optic decorative strips, LED ambient lighting and aluminium pedals complete the vRS’s interior design package. vRS models have always showcased the latest technologies and the fourth-generation model is no exception.
