Corvette Racing’s first-ever mid-engine GT Le Mans challenger of Chevy’s Corvette C8.R is now available on iRacing, in IMSA WeatherTech Sportscar Championship. iRacers can purchase their new cars to compete in events, including iRacing’s IMSA Online Sportscar Championship.
In 2020 with the first-ever mid-engine car to carry the Corvette name Chevy’s Corvette Stingray had made the history. The Corvette’s new flash machine C8.R was designed to continue the historic legacy. The more advanced, precisely designed and deeper level of technology contributes to the race car and production. Corvette, which helped by contributing to many of its historic advancements in present and future. The Flash car produces more than 500 horsepower with its 5.5-liter V-8 engine and made its racing debut at Daytona’s 2020 Rolex 24.
With the Launch of Corvette Racing into a three-race winning streak which included back-to-back 1-2 finishes at Sebring International Raceway and Road America, the new flash giant’s entry achieved its victory in just its third race with the legendary drivers Antonio Garcia and Jordan Taylor.
