McLaren is going to introduce their brand-new Hybrid Super car in 2021. The first series of production of this supercar from McLaren has entered in the  last stages of its development and is being looked at for its performance including running on public roads. Due to the launch in the first half of 2021, the all-new supercar will open to the modern era of electrification for McLaren on the top of production of its sports series domain.

This all-new supercar are going to be the first McLaren manufactured on a brand new carbon fibre structure, christened McLaren Carbon light-weight design (MCLA). Optimised for High-Performance Hybrid powertrains and latest-generation driver technologies, the architecture upgrades McLaren’s pioneering light-weight chassis technologies to new heights, exploiting the company’s advantage in super-lightweight engineering – a benefit that has its roots within the brand’s motorsport origins.

Designed, developed and created within the kingdom at the £50m advanced McLaren Composites Technology Centre (MCTC) in metropolis region, the all-new versatile structure can be the blueprint for following generation of McLaren hybrid supercars returning to the market over the approaching years.

The superior Hybrid powertrain, that options Associate in Nursing all-new V6 internal combustion engine, delivers astonishing levels of performance and a unambiguously intense driver expertise, in addition to providing medium-range EV-only drive capability.

Few features of the new top of the line supercar for McLaren will be –

  • ‘Next-generation’ High-Performance Hybrid (HPH) supercar will be introduced in first half of 2021
  • McLaren’s first series-production hybrid features all-new V6 petrol engine and pure EV road driving mode

The brand-new Hybrid supercar will take place between the GT and the 720S in the McLaren range and its introduction will take the brand value to next level in supercar sector. The Sport Series designation was introduced in 2015 with the launch of the 570S-ceases from the top of this year with the limited-run, GT4-inspired 620R the last model created.
