Lund International accessories can be a perfect fit for Indian cars

The American part maker is a leader in the market and makes parts for almost all big cars sold in the US, moreover they have massive choices and high-quality products.

Indians like to spice up their vehicles, and more often than not Factory accessories don’t cut it for them so they prefer after-market brands. Alas there are not a lot of them available in India, as this is not something very much in demand. There is one brand though, that can change the market here, Lund International- which is an American brand manufacturing all kinds of parts for SUVs, trucks, sedans. What makes them special is the quality they provide.

They have a wide range of products, step-rails, wind deflectors, body panels, hood protector, lights, bull bars and others. Moreover, they provide these products for almost all of the SUVs and pickup trucks in America, even decade old models. This fact has made them a leader for these parts, especially if compared to Factory backed accessories which lose out because of quality and pricing, and more so because of lack of choices.

One cannot get a lot of seat cover options for a Maruti Suzuki or a Mahindra car India, and even if one does it does cost a hefty amount. Other than premium brands like BMW, Mercedes-Benz and exotic brands like Rolls-Royce, most manufacturers do not offer a lot of customisation options while these companies provide a whole slew of choices for almost every inch of the vehicle provided you’re ready to shell out the money.

Lund International makes every kind of accessory for the Jeep Wrangler, from heavy off-road bumpers, lighting, window shades, fender flares to light covers and vehicle covers. There are several options available in every category of every product, both functional as well as ornamental.

Honda Civic and Hyundai Elantra are some other models which are backed by the company’s products. However being sedans functional parts are not a lot, and are limited to window shades and hood covers. But the reason the brand should enter India is because of its expertise in SUVs, and if bespoke high-quality bumpers, lights, window covers, running boards etc for each car like the Mahindra Scorpio, XUV500, Toyota Fortuner, Hyundai Creta, Ford Endeavour, then it is needless to say that they will become very popular indeed.

The dearth of proper accessories and parts manufacturers for these cars, poor quality in the market, unregulated pricing, no brand warranty are some of the reasons that a dedicated part manufacturer who can provide each and every part or accessory an individual can think of and in the highest quality will turn to a success story. Lund International is based in the USA, but may be interested in launching here as a few of their products were listed on the Amazon India website, but were discontinued. All we can gather from this is that the brand is biding its time to be introduced at a proper time.
